The view is via the valley of El Portet to a piece of sea view. There are several restaurants on the beach.

The location of the house makes it possible to walk to El Portet beach. (<500m) as well as to the village of Moraira (900m). The road to the village takes you along the beautiful coast with fantastic views.

The house has spacious portions with a modern kitchen, internet (WiFi), HD NL TV, double glazing, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, multiple kitchens, extra large swimming pool, large outdoor terraces, BBQ etc.

The house has several outdoor terraces, totaling more than 200m2.

I have my eye on Moraira because of the beautiful nature, the crystal clear and clean sea, beautiful houses, nice people and the quiet village. I have been looking for a long time for a beautiful location a very short walk from the sea and village, which I succeeded after a long search.
