Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional Costs

A cleaning fee of € 171 applies per stay and is added to the total rental sum.

A security deposit of € 300 is required and must be paid prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred and the property is left in the condition it was received.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 6 weeks before arrival: Full refund of the down payment (30%), minus a 10% administration fee.
  • Less than 6 weeks before arrival: No refund, as the final payment becomes due at this point.
  • No-show or early departure: No refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel/cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
