Relax and enjoy in a beautiful and comfortable villa with private swimming pool located in the quiet, fashionable Adsubia district, 1500 meters from the sandy beach El Arenal in Javea on the Costa Blanca. The comfort and proximity to the beach, the charming shops, the many restaurants and entertainment venues make this the ideal villa to celebrate your holiday with family and friends.

The fully fenced villa is located at the end of a dead-end street, so you are not bothered by traffic and passers-by. The site is closed with an electric gate. The plot is 1400m². The large tropical garden has a large swimming pool surrounded by many sun terraces and a beautiful Spanish cabana for lounging and BBQing. The extensive outdoor facilities offer everything you need during the day, you only need to sleep inside.

Bedrooms: The villa has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), two of which are master bedrooms with very comfortable double box-spring beds. The other rooms each have 2 single box-spring beds. All rooms have whisper-quiet air conditioning and spacious fitted wardrobes, one of which has a built-in safe.

Bathrooms: The villa has 2 bathrooms equipped with shower, double sink and toilet. The largest bathroom also has a large bath.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, combination oven/microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender, orange juicer, toaster, hand blender, iron and ironing board.

Living room: The cozy living room has air conditioning, fireplace and a large corner sofa. There is a large LED TV with satellite TV (more than 400 channels), DVD player, stereo set and WIFI. In the living room there is a staircase that gives access to the fourth bedroom and the roof terrace.
The garden room (naya) is adjacent to the living room with a view over the garden and the swimming pool. This room is furnished as a dining room with a large table and 8 chairs.

Outside: In the garden there is a large swimming pool (5x10 m) that is easily accessible via a wide staircase. For adventurers there is a diving board and the outdoor shower also offers nice cooling. There are several sun terraces surrounding the swimming pool with 8 luxurious sun beds.
The cabana by the pool is a wonderful place to lounge in the seating area or enjoy a BBQ at the spacious dining table. At the pool there is a shower, a toilet and a kitchen that is fully equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator and dishwasher.
The outdoor area is very spacious, so you will certainly not get in each other's way, even when the villa is fully occupied. Not to forget the nice roof terrace that offers beautiful views and is a wonderful place, even at lower temperatures.

!Free WiFi is available, also at the pool.
Children are very welcome. If necessary, 3 cots (with a fixed mattress of 15 cm thick) and 3 high chairs are available free of charge.

If the villa is reserved, our manager will be present at the villa upon arrival. He will receive you very kindly, explain the villa and hand over the keys. Our manager can be reached by telephone during your stay.
