Great beautiful spacious penthouse. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and balcony on the first floor. On the second floor we have a fantastic large semi-covered roof terrace, with a beautiful oval table, lounge sofa and two lovely sunbeds.

Furthermore, you have a beautiful (unheated) swimming pool, padel court and a miniature golf course at our complex.

The supermarket is 300 meters away (mercadona, delicious bakery (Deli pan) and the pharmacy is also in this street.

You can park for free along the street; For car rental tips feel free to send us a message.

Upon arrival at the apartment, our keyholder will be waiting for you. He will hand over the key and explain the house.

We are Nick and Stefanie, we were able to make our dream come true in 2024 by purchasing a holiday home in Torrevieja. We are happy to rent it out because we want others to enjoy this beautiful area as well.

We live in Ede (the Netherlands) on the beautiful Veluwe, but come to our nice place in Torrevieja several times a year.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
