Casa Beausezo, luxury apartment

Our newly built and luxurious apartment on the ground floor is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. It is located in a quiet area on the edge of the famous seaside resort of Torrevieja. There are supermarkets and catering establishments close to the apartment . The beautiful beaches of Torrevieja and La Mata are 2 km and 3 km from the house respectively.

The apartment is part of the “Sol Park” residence. Our apartment is located on the ground floor . It has a spacious living room with a terrace at the front and a spacious terrace at the rear overlooking the beautiful communal garden and swimming pool. The house also has a fully equipped luxury kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. There is free WiFi, TV with Flemish channels and central air conditioning hot/cold. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and kettle. During your stay you can use the closed underground parking space for free . The access to the apartment is nearby.

From the large and quiet terrace on the garden side , which has a table with 6 chairs and 4 sun beds, you have a beautiful view of the communal garden and swimming pool! You can relax there and enjoy a nice table with a tasty aperitif in the sun.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen, kitchen linen and towels. After your trip you can lie down in the wonderfully made beds.
A Dutch-speaking manager is always present or available for questions and/or comments.

Our apartment is located in the region of the 2 large salt lakes (salinas) of Torrevieja and La Mata. There is no air pollution and that is why this area is very popular among the elderly and sick with all kinds of chronic health problems, such as heart and rheumatism patients, skin disorders, muscle diseases or high blood pressure. This environment promotes health because of the relatively high concentrations of iodine in the air due to the presence of the salt lakes. This has been confirmed by WHO. That is also why it is very nice to spend the winter in our apartment.

Located in a quiet area (Aguas Nuevas) on the edge of the bustling seaside resort of Torrevieja, where there is always something to do. Around the corner from the residence is a small shopping center with, among other things, a very large supermarket , some restaurants , a Belgian bakery (fresh bread) with an outdoor terrace for a drink, a Flemish/German pharmacy and Manper supermarket. There is also a free and large covered parking lot here.
During your stay you can make free use of two beautifully maintained large communal swimming pools with jacuzzi and fun water jet massage tube. In the middle, protected by all the houses, there are some children's playgrounds . The Sol Park complex is completely fenced. It is a wonderful place to stay so you can enjoy the sun, swimming pools and relax.

Environment
Our apartment is quietly located, but there are many sights within walking distance. The beautiful wide sandy beach of La Mata is just 2 kilometers away. At 400 meters there is a large Aqua Park and a large sports complex with sports fields, football, basketball, rugby and an Olympic swimming pool with outdoor and indoor pools. The beautiful indoor shopping center Habaneras with major brands such as ZARA and H&M is 1 kilometer away, where a Belgian GP is also located. It is possible to walk to one of the beaches or to the center of Torrevieja. However, the city bus stops on the corner. It is a 3-minute drive from the Quiron International Private Hospital . The University Public Hospital of Torrevieja is nearby. The famous salt lakes are just a 5-minute drive away, which can be visited for free and there are several large golf courses about 10 minutes away.

Alicante airport is just a 45-minute drive from the apartment. If desired, airport transportation can be provided at 50 euros each way. The apartment is also accessible via Murcia Airport, which is a 55-minute drive away. Here too, if desired, airport transport can be provided at 65 euros per single journey.
