Here you prefer to start your days on the 80m2 spacious roof terrace with a cup of coffee. The light is constantly changing and it is a magic that is difficult to explain. The name Alma Rosa literally means "pink soul". That name was not chosen by chance. Near Torrevieja are the famous pink salt lakes (Las Salinas), which get a beautiful pink glow in certain light. It's something special – almost magical – and it immediately feels like something that belongs to this place.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to long evenings of dining, while others sit down at the bar. Alma Roza has two bedrooms, both comfortable and attractively furnished. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. It gives a nice, almost hotel-like feeling. The second bedroom has its own bathroom right next to the room, which makes the stay here pleasant and private as well. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed. The apartment is available for five/six people.
And then the roof terrace of no less than 80m2..... Perhaps the most beautiful place in the house. You can walk there via the first terrace (22m2) near the living room. A place where you like to be. Where you have breakfast in the sun in the morning and dine together in the evening while the sky slowly changes color. The pergola provides nice shade on hot days and the sunbeds invite you to relax. The apartment complex includes the cozy communal garden and the lovely swimming pool that you can use as a guest.
Fancy a day at the beach, a good restaurant or some liveliness? You'll be there in no time.
Good to know: construction is currently underway in the vicinity. This may be audible from time to time, but does not detract from the charm of this beautiful apartment and the special view. In addition, Spain has the rule that in principle no construction is done during the tourist season.
