Dénia is an authentic town and port town. It feels like such a nice Spanish place where everything is right. The narrow, typical Spanish streets where life slowly takes place. The mix of small boutiques and fine bars. Mornings that start with a walk by the sea and evenings that end with long dinners, good wine and wandering along the old city wall.

A place that you immediately embrace. Light, stylish and furnished with an eye for detail. This is where you stay if you like a bit of luxury, but above all atmosphere and tranquility. The kind of place where you come in and think: yes, this is it.
The location is just right. With the beach literally at your feet. You drive up and look directly out to sea. The car can stay in your own private place, because with the two bicycles you can reach the center of Dénia in about 20 minutes. Close by is the supermarket, around the corner a restaurant and on the beach the cozy Chiringquito.
The apartment is on the top floor. No elevator, but that makes the view all the more beautiful.
Inside everything feels light and spacious. The kitchen is a place where you like to start the day. Well equipped, with everything you need for a long, relaxing morning or a pleasant evening together. Through the kitchen you can walk straight onto the rear balcony, where the washing machine and dryer are also located—practical.
The living room is one of those spaces where you automatically slow down. A sofa where you sink into, a dining table where you can sit for hours and a quiet corner to work or read a book. Everything is in balance. And of course: air conditioning for the hot days and the cooler evenings.
And then the terrace... Really one of those places where you prefer to stay all day. No less than 37m2 and with a view that never gets boring. Breakfast in the sun, long evenings at the table, a good glass of wine while the sky slowly changes color. With a view of the sea and the Montgó in the background, it almost feels like a painting.
The bedrooms are comfortable, with nice box springs and each with its own bathroom. Again, the same attention to detail and atmosphere. There is a sofa bed available for one (5th) child.
Casa46 is one of those places where your days will pass by by themselves. Where you can walk straight onto the beach in the morning, cycle into town in between and above all spend a lot of time not having to do anything. It's also nice that beach equipment such as chairs and umbrellas are available to enjoy the beautiful beach.
And that is exactly what makes this beautiful apartment so special.
