The spacious roof terrace is equipped with a lounge set and various seating areas and is located at the top of the apartment.
One floor below the living room is the passage to the second terrace/balcony with sea view.

The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer .
The living room has a flat screen TV, and a cozy sitting area. Modern bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

The apartment is located in a real A location. On the cozy boulevard and the beach, not far from the old harbor and the supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Everything is there for a wonderful stay by the sea.

On the other side of the road there are several restaurants and bars. These are all located on the Boulevard L'Arenal. Belonging to the fine sandy beach Playa Arenal in Javea.
There are various activities to do in the surrounding area. Stroll through the cozy old center, or the surrounding villages or seaside resorts such as Moraira, Calpe.
Several beautiful hiking routes, snorkeling, water sports activities or just relaxing on the beach. Guests who have visited this property before gave the rating of 10.
The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport, 101 km away and Valencia airport is 1.15 hours away.

The wonderful Mediterranean life.
While the delicious mixture of scents of the sea, bougainvillea and herbs from the kitchens gather around me. In my flip-flops I walk down the sandy path to the pavilion overgrown with tropical greenery at the back of the square. With my laptop on my lap, I work through my real estate activities for the day.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the tenant, cancellation costs are due:
a. In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before departure: the entire deposit; i.e. 30% of the basic travel sum
b.In case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 29th day before departure: 60% of the basic travel sum
c. In case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) before departure or later: the entire travel sum as well as the amounts already invoiced.
The cancellation costs are calculated on the total rental price, including any additional services and costs.
We advise tenants to take out cancellation insurance.
