Spanish holiday home in a quiet location (corner house 2 - 8 p.) With private swimming pool and every comfort just 800 meters from the sea (start & end of one street).

112m² of living space, plus veranda (12.5m²) and fenced private land with swimming pool (8x4), where nobody has a view, so you can enjoy the Spanish peace and sun in complete privacy.

Centrally located between the airport of Alicante (50 minutes drive), or the airport of Murcia / San Javier (15 minutes).

Wi-Fi, Samsung Smart TV (50 ") with (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chrome Cast (for watching all your favorite channels via your Smartphone), and air conditioning (4 units, both hot and cold). Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, BBQ (Weber) and all kinds of cleaning supplies.

Modern outdoor furniture (3 modular tables, 8 chairs and 6 sun beds).

2 Folding bikes available (use at your own risk, for accidents, but also for loss or theft!).

4 bedrooms with:

Terrace / private courtyard with tables, chairs and sun beds (in cupboards on the courtyard).

Jacuzzi on site (but only to be used with prior consultation; this is due to maintenance and hygiene).

Veranda with lounge chair and cozy seating area (4), and separate sun canopies.

You can find sun or shade anywhere around the house throughout the day!

Location:
Located just 800 meters (or 7 minutes on foot or 1400 steps) from a beautiful beach, with a beautiful picturesque marina and cozy terraces and restaurants.

The local restaurant (with beach bar) "Vistamar" is at the front by the sea, and our house is the last in the same
street.

Our street is called "Calle De Los Angeles" (Angel Street), and it has not stolen its name!
It is peaceful there, and yet everything from utilities, entertainment and entertainment is close by.

With an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, everyone can normally get the necessary rest and Vitamin D here.

Torre de la Horadada is a favorite place to stay for the real Spaniards, who like to travel from the interior to enjoy all that beauty (so without the extreme
bustle; unless you are going to look it up in the area, of course, because there are suitable places for everyone.).

Torre is the (flat) coastal / beach area of the larger "Pilar de la Horadada", where you can also find many cozy and typical Spanish restaurants.

We have long had the dream of having our own Spanish "place", and with this house that dream has come true. Hard work has always been our benchmark, and that's how we took care of our "later". We hope to be able to enjoy even more on site in the future, but until then we would like to share our little paradise ... We have put in love and made it the way we would like to stay there ourselves. Hopefully that will be appreciated ... Luc and Chantal.

Explanation of prices

The price includes WI-FI and the (normal) consumption of water and electricity.
(NOTE: electricity is up to a maximum of 80kWu per week, with more consumption this can be paid at 0.30 euros / kWh)

A guarantee of 300 euros must always be paid.
This is refunded within 14 days after leaving the house.
Any damage, surplus of consumption, etc. that are determined during the final inspection, will be deducted from the deposit.

The mandatory final cleaning is 120 euros (per stay).

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.

Any additional cleaning service or washing and ironing of bed linen and towels can be requested (at an additional cost).

The neighboring cities are: - northwards (5 minutes): Mil Palmeras (with RioMar beach); very popular beach (with parking possibilities), with beachable "Los Piratos", beach volley and water toys for the youth during the summer months. - north (10 min): Dehesa de Campoamor (with Medical Center and market on dond.VM) - north (15 min): La Zenia: with ultramodern and comprehensive Shopping Center! - north and inland (25 min): San Miguel de Salinas: typical village with a local market on Wednesday, and a noticeable (price) difference in the restaurants and taperias compared to everything more situated towards the sea ... - north (25 min): Torrevieja: famous coastal city for Belgians, with old marina, pier and many tapas restaurants on the dike and small inner streets. Also a nice Shopping Center "Habañeras" and an ultra large Carrefour. The largest market in the region is there on Friday. A modern mega-disco for party goers, or an outdoor water amusement park for families with children; that too can be found in Torrevieja. - north (50 min): Alicante (airport and so much more). - northwards (2 hours): Benidorm. - Southwards (5 min): El Mojón: definitely visit the white sandy beach and the beach bar "Los Piratos". - south (10 min): San Pedro del Pinatar, with its famous salt extraction, a walk through the dunes, and / or the "Spa" mud baths (freely accessible), a luxury marina, but also a picturesque fishing port where fresh fish is still available daily fish is brought in, and the beloved Mar Menor (= "the inland sea", enclosed by the Mediterranean Sea, where the temperature of the water is always 4 to 5 degrees warmer than the other coastal water, and especially the water remains very shallow and almost makes no waves, so ideal for the elderly and families with young children). You can rent a jet ski, among other things. There is also plenty to see in San Pedro for shopping enthusiasts: "Dos Mares" shopping center and the new large chains around it. - south (40 min): Cartagena: for those who love culture and history! Think of the Romans, and Hannibal, who once traveled from Africa via Cartagena with his Elephants to conquer Italy via the North ... - inland (10 min): Pinar de Campoverde: where you immediately notice the pine trees. You will also come across a new Golf complex (one of the many Golf clubs in the region!). - inland (50 min): Murcia: city with many facilities, with old and modern urban areas, with shopping centers and, for example, also an Ikea ... More tips about the whole range of (both Spanish and international) restaurants, taperias and terraces, or about so much more are available (but this info will follow on request only).
