Comfortable indoor and outdoor living
The living area consists of two sitting areas on different levels: one with balcony and views of the surroundings and one with a comfortable lounge sofa and dining area. Outside you will find two covered verandas: a lounge area by the pool and a spacious dining table on the living level, ideal for long summer evenings.
In the garden there is also an extra seating area with shade cloth and a play area for children. The private swimming pool offers cooling during hot days. For lovers of outdoor cooking, there is a gas barbecue.
The villa is set on a fully fenced plot of approximately 1,000 m² and has central heating, making a stay comfortable even in winter. There is on-site parking for three cars.
Bedrooms and facilities
Casa Lucia can accommodate up to 6 adults. In addition, up to two foldable cots can be added. The lower floor is ideal for families with children, with a separate children's room on the same level, accessible by an external staircase.
All bedrooms have comfortable beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, shutters and mosquito nets. Bathrooms with toilet are available on both floors, so the villa offers a lot of comfort and privacy.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary kitchen facilities. High-speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the villa and by the pool. In addition, the house has a SONOS speaker (own account required) and a television with Chromecast for streaming your own content.
Moraira and the Costa Blanca
Casa Lucia is located in the popular Moraira on the Costa Blanca, known for its cozy center, boulevard, marina and beautiful beaches. Within minutes you can reach the popular beach of El Portet, a sheltered bay with clear waters that is loved by families and snorkelers.
Moraira is known for its relaxed atmosphere, good restaurants and the lack of mass tourism. In the immediate vicinity you will find several golf courses, cycling routes and hiking trails along the coast and through the mountains.
Along the coast of Moraira, Benissa Costa and Cala Moraig there are beautiful hiking trails with views over the Mediterranean Sea. For a day trip, Jávea (Xàbia), Altea, Dénia and Valencia are easily accessible.
Thanks to its pleasant climate, Moraira is an excellent destination for both a summer holiday and a stay in spring and autumn.
Spending the winter in Moraira
Casa Lucia is also an excellent choice for a longer stay in winter. Moraira enjoys a mild climate with many hours of sunshine and is therefore a popular destination for winter visitors on the Costa Blanca.

Casa Lucia is available for winter rental from November 1st to March 31st. During this period, only the upper floor can be rented, suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Rental information
In accordance with the regulations of the Valencia region, a stay of up to 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. Stays of 11 nights or more are subject to the regulations for short-term rentals in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana. For these stays, a short-term rental agreement will be signed prior to arrival.
