Casa Vista Moraira

Very beautifully situated 3-room bungalow in Teulada-Moraira with beautiful panoramic views of a valley and the sea.

Our bungalow has 2 large terraces with a beautiful panoramic view over the valley with Moraira and the sea in the distance. That is why we named our house Casa Vista Moraira.
On terrace 1 (balcony of approximately 25 m2) there is sun all day, but also often a cooling breeze. In the summer season there are beautiful shade cloths here to temper the sun. A second terrace with a view shaded by beautiful palm trees was ready for use in spring 2021.
We have a good fiber optic internet connection that also makes it possible to work remotely from our home!

The master bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed (wide 180cm) and a large closet. The second bedroom has a sofa bed suitable for 2 people and a desk and a number of cupboards available.

The large living room has a spacious, modern open kitchen. In addition to various kitchen appliances (including a 4-burner ceramic hob with oven, a large fridge/freezer, citrus press, toaster, Senseo coffee machine), you will find many pots, pans and storage facilities here.
There is also a dining table and a cozy sitting area with (smart) TV, wood stove, a second large sofa bed (also suitable for 2 people) and 2 armchairs.

In the modern bathroom you will find a luxurious rain shower, toilet, sink with storage options. You can also use the washing machine.


When booking, please indicate which sofa beds will be used in connection with the bedding.
We will provide you with a large shower towel and a small towel per person. The towels are not allowed to be taken to the swimming pool or beach; it is therefore recommended that you bring your own beach towel.
Furthermore, the guest has access to various beach accessories (chairs, parasol and play equipment).

The bungalow is located in the Castellons-Vida district. Although on top of a mountain with fantastic views, our house is also just a 10-minute walk from the village center of the real Spanish town of Teulada. This way you can easily visit this real Spanish village on foot with many cheap restaurants and cafes.
There is a large communal swimming pool within walking distance in the neighborhood (with a separate children's pool) where you can cool off. There is a lifeguard on duty during the summer months. There are also 2 tennis courts and a jeu de boules court.

It is recommended that you have a (rental) car

CasaVistaMoraira is an hour's drive from Alicante airport and about a 45-minute drive from Valencia airport. The house is conveniently located in relation to both the highways (10 minutes from the free AP7 motorway) and only 10 minutes from the sea and beach

Check-in and check-out, key collection and deposit payment are taken care of by a local hostess. As soon as the booking is final, you will also receive a detailed description of the route, the check-in and check-out procedure with details of our hostess and the additional instructions, tips and rules of our house.
