With entrance along the pool, this is the lower unit of Casalucka4enjoy . In this completely new Casa Stirio there is sleeping accommodation for 6 people + possibly a baby for which everything is available for free. This unit includes a spacious living room with open kitchen and glass accordion that give immediate access to a covered terrace with adjoining private swimming pool, creating a spacious and open feeling. It has 1 large bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There are also 2 similar bedrooms with 2 x2 single beds and 1 shared bathroom. There is a separate toilet. Everything is available, large dining table, lounge for 6 people as well as BBQ on Gas. There is TV Vlaanderen and free Wi-Fi. You can enjoy the many terraces
Casa Stirio can be rented separately during low season. You have the entire domain in private! If you still wish to take a holiday with family, a large group of friends, colleagues or neighbors, Casalucka4enjoy can be fully rented for up to 12 people. Enjoy together during the day and still have your own privacy in the evening.

We discovered this beautiful and very typical Spanish village, Jalon, about 15km from the seaside town of Calpé. Immediately we fell in love with the holiday home with private pool and 180° view of the green jalon valley. For our sporty cyclists, cycling tourists, this is also the ideal base!
Our holiday home is divided into 2 separate units, the completely new Casa Stirio and Casa Milara which can be rented separately, except during high season.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Gas prices only for period 15/11 to 15/03, to be paid via deposit
Free electricity up to 10kwh / day , extra at 0.35€/kwh to be paid via deposit

Prices for Autumn - Christmas and spring break idem period 01/10 to 30/11
Prices for Easter holidays idem period 01/06 to 30/06
Deposit of 30 ´% of rent to be paid when signing the contract

Casa Stirio can exceptionally be rented separately during high season!!

Payment and cancellation

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival date => full deposit will be refunded
Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival date => full deposit will be retained
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the arrival date and after payment of the full amount = > full deposit + 25% of settlement will be retained.

In case of cancellation by the tenant due to force majeure (e.g. closure of national borders, Corona measures,...), another period can be agreed, otherwise the full amount already paid will be refunded.
