In Villa Martin, less than 200 meters from the cozy shopping center "La Fuente", with several restaurants and terraces, is our modern semi-detached house with roof terrace called Casa Azulejo. The garden is located on the s/e, so you can start the day with breakfast in the sun. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned (hot/cold), are modernly furnished and fully equipped. The communal swimming pool, with lawn, showers and children's pool, is 15 meters from the house.
In this part of Spain it is necessary to have a car at your disposal.
The cozy beaches, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are at a distance of 4 km.
For golf enthusiasts, there are no less than 3 beautiful 18-hole courses within a radius of 5 km.
It is also a great starting point to explore the beautiful hinterland of the Costa Blanca with many authentic Spanish villages and cities such as Murcia, Orihuela and Elche.
In front of the La Fuente shopping center, there is a bus stop, with an hourly connection to the beaches and to the pleasant city of Torrevieja. ( 12 km ). This city has a beautiful boulevard with many terraces, a market and a spacious car-free center.

Welcome to the presentation of our wonderful house "Casa Azulejo". Nice that you are interested. Regularly we enjoy here a few days of the beautiful surroundings, the Spanish cuisine and of course the pleasant climate. We like to rent out the weeks that we can not be there. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
Free every fourth week when booking 4 weeks or more (except July and August).
On arrival you pay the cleaning costs and the costs for the linen to the manager.
Linen package consists of: bed, bath and kitchen linen + 1 beach towel pp
For arrivals after 24.00 at the beginning of the stay and/or departure before 6.00 in the morning at the end of the stay, a surcharge of € 30.00 will be charged by the managers,
Energy costs are calculated by the manager at the final inspection. (0.40 per Kwh) and settled.
The deposit will be refunded by the landlord within two weeks after the tenant has left the house.
Any damage determined by the manager during the final inspection will be deducted from the deposit.
Rent for a longer period is possible. Please always contact the owner first.
