My name is Edwin Herni. With great pleasure I rent this house in this beautiful, quiet, beautiful location where this fine house stands. It is a quiet place on a mountain in the branco with beautiful views over the surroundings of Sax. The plot is about 13000 square meters and offers a lot of privacy. I would like to give other people the opportunity to relax in this lovely house.

Your wishes can be discussed, so there is the possibility to spend the winter and you can rent the house for a longer period.  
The price includes  WIFI, Internet, electricity, water, use of washing machine, heating and final cleaning. It is expected that the house is left clean and tidy and also that there is an acceptable and conscious consumption of energy. The rental price includes the use of bed linen and towels.

Information for people with reduced mobility:
The house has no thresholds, but there is a step around the house.

The almost one thousand year old village Guadelest (35 km from the villa) is completely situated around the castle. The castle, simply called El Castell de Guadalest, has for years been an important defense point of the Moors against the Spaniards.
