The house is spacious and effectively furnished. View is fantastic, but the "garden" around the house is not furnished which makes staying outside very unpleasant. We were indoors in March with a lot of wind, so we were oriented. A sheltered terrace would have been nice for the sunny moments. Accessibility via unpaved road is unfortunately poor.

Marja & Jan (administrators) were fantastic, were there for us at any time and arranged everything that could be arranged. We recommend this house to anyone who likes peace and quiet. Sax is cozy!

We rent this house more often because we think it is so beautiful in 'el campo' with a nature reserve that you can walk to. Lovely spacious house, sunny terrace and parking next to the house. We have been there this time in a heat wave (35 degrees for a week) and if you keep the shutters and windows closed at the hottest hours, it doesn't even get too hot in the house and you sleep fine at night. The house was spotless again too and as always the caretakers were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those who want to experience the Spanish countryside! Nearby Sax is also very nice and there is good food, shopping, fort viewing, etc.

Spacious holiday home with everything you need. Nice view of Sax and the castle. Nice and quiet on the mountain. There is almost always a nice breeze. The only downside is that there is little shade on the terrace.

Very quiet and secluded house. No neighbors, just far away. Furnishing a bit old-fashioned but functional. Lots of space. Good beds. 1 day of rain in a month. (Oct. 2020) Nice contact with landlords and managers. 30 minutes from airport. Rented a car from Hola, also fine. €19 p.d. Excellent highway location. Lots of beautiful hiking areas. Alicante, Valencia, Elche, Calpe and Torrevieja within or over an hour.
A little more towels would be handy. We had a wonderful time despite the corona.
