Welcome to Casa Tranquila!
In the Jálon valley, on a quiet country road, lies our fantastic Spanish house, Casa Tranquila. Through the driveway along our own olive grove you enter the quiet and very private grounds of over 6000m2. From our sunny grounds you have a view over the beautiful valley and the villages of Llíber and Jálon.
The house has a spacious living room, open plan kitchen (fully equipped) and dining room, conservatory and a cozy naya, which also serves as an entrance. The glass wall of the naya can be opened completely to enjoy the beautiful weather even more.
In addition to the very spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom that was renovated in 2024, there are two bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom with bathroom is located next to the pool in the casita and can accommodate two people.
The saltwater swimming pool of 10x5 meters and surrounding grounds was completely renovated in the spring of 2018. The pool can be heated in the cooler seasons.
The house is also equipped with sustainable installations such as a heat pump and electric hot water boiler. This was built in 2025. In 2026, the kitchen will be refreshed and additional solar panels will be installed. All rooms are also equipped with air conditioning.
Around the house there are several places to read, laze or have a drink. Behind the pool is the access to the Japanese garden where you can do your yoga exercises or enjoy the surroundings and drink tea on a cozy seat.
There is a lot to do in the area, cycling in the valley and the mountains. To the beach, where you can also take surfing and sailing lessons. By boat from Denia a day to Ibiza. Enjoy tapas at the various bodegas and restaurants that can be found in abundance in Jálon and the surrounding area. In Spain there are regular fiestas. These are festivals that are often celebrated with the whole village.
