In the Jálon valley, on a quiet country road lies our fantastic Spanish house, Casa Tranquila. Via the driveway along our own olive grove you come to the quiet and very private area of ??over 6000m2. From our sunny location you have a view over the beautiful valley and the villages of Llíber and Jálon.
The house has a spacious living room, open kitchen (fully equipped) and dining room, conservatory and a cozy naya, which also serves as entrance. The glass wall of the naya can be completely opened to allow even more enjoyment of the beautiful weather.
In addition to the spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, there are two bedrooms with both a bathroom en-suite. The fourth bedroom with bathroom is next to the pool in the casita and is suitable for two people.
The saltwater swimming pool of 10x5 meters and surrounding terrain has been completely renovated in the spring of 2018. The swimming pool may be heated in the cooler seasons.
Around the house several places have been created to enjoy reading, relaxing or drinking. Behind the pool is the entrance to the Japanese garden where you can do yoga exercises or enjoy the surroundings tea on a cozy seat.
There is a lot to do in the area, cycling in the valley and mountains. To the beach, where you can also take surf and sailing lessons. With the boat from Denia a day to Ibiza. Enjoy tapas at the various bodegas and restaurants that can be found in Jálon and surroundings. In Spain there are regular fiestas. These are parties that are often celebrated with the whole village.
