holiday house, Relleu, Costa Blanca, Spain - Casa Vista
The terrace is nicely fenced with green hedges, fruit trees and authentic Spanish look.
The outdoor table can be set for 8 people and is located near the large bbq, great for long dining.
Large balcony with spacious and unobstructed views on the upper floor.
Inside you sit comfortably in the lounge area, you look out freely through the sliding windows that can open and close. You always feel like you're outside.
The borretti kitchen is fully equipped, 4 burners, baking tray and oven. Everything you need in a kitchen can be found there, and well equipped.
How nice is it to sit at the kitchen counter while cooking? That is enjoying together.
Nice spacious living room with TV, sofas and beautiful view.
Spacious bedroom with 1 double bed with good mattress. 2 cupboards and an unobstructed view to the outside. Curtains do not have to be closed. Equipped with ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Spacious downstairs bedroom just 2 beds and plenty of storage.
Bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds, a cupboard, a wardrobe and bedside table. equipped with ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The fourth bedroom upstairs has two single beds, bedside table and a spacious wardrobe. This room is also equipped with ceiling fan and air conditioning.

In the evening, the lighting enriches the garden. Enough seating to enjoy the evenings for a long time to come. Dining table, bean bags, lounge area, sunbeds and sun loungers for all tastes
Our house is located in the colorful residence of Muscaret, Relleu.
Villa Joisia, what a fantastic place that is. The colored houses will make everyone hold their breath. Walk mainly through the old center and stroll through the small streets.
Vila Joisia is a cute village with a beautiful old core, right on the white beach of the Costa Blanca. Well equipped with culinary restaurants and quick tapas.
Padel court, tennis court and small gym available in the village of Relleu, this is within walking distance
This beautiful group of palm trees is located on the beach of Villa Joisia, a beautiful colored village directly on the Costa Blanca.
Many almond trees adorn the road to Casa Vista, next to the olive groves of the Senora de Relleu olive farm that can be visited.
Bendidorm, who doesn't know this? Nice to walk through and especially through the old center.
Our nice balcony with an unobstructed view of the village of Relleu has a lovely lounge set. This is a wonderful place, especially in the evening sun.

The mountains of Relleu are very popular with cyclists. Several cycling teams train in this area and pass the villa cycled. We have a price-fixing agreement with http://www.topbikesrental.com/ and can arrange a discount if you want to rent bikes here.
A beautiful villa which runs entirely on solar energy! There is a large pool for the house or 10x5. You will have a wonderful holiday here if you are looking for tranquility and privacy. The crowds can look up for 10-minute drive from La Marina (shopping center)
There is plenty of space next to the pool for sunbathing. Because the villa is a lot higher than the road, you have complete privacy.

Large and spacious kitchen with bar to cozy up to. Of course there is a large 6-8 person table for dining all together. You cook in this kitchen on gas, even the oven is a gas oven.

Villa Walija, exquisitely beautiful and for the first time in the rental. All the stuff in the house are as good as new! Beautiful private swimming pool of 10x5 meters. Relleu is close Finestrat and Benidorm.

Benidorm is a 25 minute drive from the Villa from. Benidorm is a popular Spanish resort and you can also enjoy shopping.
If you have good look around you, then you spot here and there some nice lizards around the villa.
Relleu is a small cozy village that is close to Benidorm.
La Marina, large shopping center nearby, approx. 10 to 15 minutes away.
