After my career at the bank, we bought this penthouse. We had to wait almost three years for it to be delivered, but it is worth it. I enjoy the beautiful view of the skyline of Benidorm and the sun that usually shines here. In winter it is wonderful to stay here. And as a cyclist I can indulge myself. The grandchildren also enjoy themselves here on the playground, in the swimming pool and on the sports grounds.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge (except 50 euros file costs)
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent

The price includes 14 kwh of electricity per day. Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit.
