The 6-person apartment with views over the Mediterranean Sea , fully renovated in 2023, is located directly on the beautiful Arenal beach and the lively boulevard of Javea. All facilities within walking distance. 

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Edificio Playa apartment complex. You can use a private parking space and a well-maintained swimming pool with spacious sunbathing area. The caretaker who lives on the complex maintains the garden and swimming pool on a daily basis and is always available if there are any emergencies.

The sleekly furnished apartment has a spacious entrance, 3 spacious 2-person bedrooms with box spring beds, two bathrooms with luxury showers, a spacious living room with open kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners for cooling and heating! 

You can use perfect Wifi throughout the apartment and on the terrace . On the large smart TV you can use Netflix and there is a chromecast available. 

Furthermore, the luxury kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher) and you can do the laundry with a modern washing machine.

The location is perfect. At 50 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain and all facilities (including supermarket, restaurants, clubs, pharmacy, padel and tennis) are within walking distance.
