Casa Senji is located in the quiet residential area of Benimeit in Moraira on the Costa Blanca and
can accommodate 6 people. From the terrace and from the naya you have
a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea.

The centre of Moraira is only 4 km away. The towns Javea, Altea and Calpe are close by.
You can either fly to Valencia (120 km) or Alicante (90 km).
Moraira has a lot to offer, a cozy city center, a beautiful marina, golf courses and many
sandy beaches.

This detached villa with private swimming pool has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. The beds are equipped with boxspring beds which offers you every comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, combi oven-microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher.
There is fast internet (fibre network), which also makes it possible to watch streaming services or play video games. TV channels from TV Flanders are installed. Good to know, there is also a washing machine.

At the pool there are six sun beds, a large umbrella and a covered lounge area where you can relax in the shade. A barbecue is of course also provided. There is enough parking on site. The whole terrain is fenced so you have a lot of privacy and the car can be parked on site as well.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment terms: Once you have made a booking, we will confirm it as soon as possible. We will then send you a booking confirmation by email.
When booking Casa Senji, a deposit of 30% must be paid within 7 days. The reservation is only final after receipt of the deposit. The remaining amount can be paid about 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the travel sum. In case of cancellation from the 60th day, including the day of arrival: the full travel sum.
Arrival/Departure: Arrival: from 16.00 h - departure: before 10.00 h. If you arrive between 21:00 and 09:00, there is a surcharge of € 30.

Liability: The use of the holiday home is at your own risk. The landlord is not liable for any damage caused by the users of the holiday home during the stay
(e.g. due to improper use or inadequate supervision of children). The tenant is obliged to compensate the landlord for all damage resulting from this by him/her or his co-occupants. The tenant must report any damage immediately to the landlord. The tenant is not permitted to sublet or use the leased property in whole or in part to others. Smoking inside is prohibited, an ashtray must be used on the terrace. If the power goes out, a malfunction in the water supply or noise nuisance (for example) occurs due to construction activities in the area, you cannot hold us liable, as these are circumstances beyond our control and caused by third parties.

Moraira, a town located on the Costa Blanca between Alicante and Valencia, is a fantastic holiday destination with a wonderful, southern atmosphere. From Belgium you can fly to Alicante (95 km to Moraira) or to Valencia (115 km to Moraira). With a rental car, which you can easily book at both airports, you will be on the spot in no time.

Moraira is an old Spanish fishing village on the Costa Blanca that has grown into a tourist resort. Moraira belongs to the municipality of Teulada, part of the comarca Marina Alta. The place is located in the province of Alicante, part of the autonomous community of Valencia.

Moraira is located between the larger towns of Calp in the south and Dénia and Xàbia in the north. The municipality's main town, Teulada, is located six kilometers inland.

Parts of an 18th-century fortress can still be seen on the coastline in the village centre, near the marina. Moraira is called the Ibiza of the mainland. It has largely retained its authentic character, which is partly due to British residents, who, as EU citizens, had a seat on the city council, and were able to achieve a ban on high-rise buildings there.

The region around Alicante and especially Calpe is very popular among cyclists. Many professional teams set up their winter training camp in this region. Because of the good roads, good temperatures and also the beautiful climbs you can fully enjoy this as a cyclist.

The Ifach, as the mountain of Calpe is popularly called, is approximately 325 meters high and offers a beautiful view of Moraira, Calpe and Albir on the Costa Blanca. Mount Ifach is accessible to everyone. In about 1 hour you can reach the top of the Ifach. The first part of the hike is on a beautifully landscaped path

Although you may think mainly of a beach holiday, there are particularly suitable places for walking in the Moraira area.
Walking in the surroundings of Moraira is actually possible in all seasons. Bring a small backpack with a glass of wine and some olives and you are guaranteed a fantastic day.
Walking to Cap d'Or, from Moraira to Calpe along the coast, to the lighthouse in Albir or a steep climb on the Ifach. You will certainly find the right walk in this beautiful area!
