Large roof terrace, underground parking, beautiful view of swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Bathrooms are fully equipped and everything is there. On roof terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers for the sunbathers among us. Sea and restaurants within walking distance. Something for everyone. Seeing is coming back.

The pool tiles are treated with quartz. The quartz gives the water fresh different colors depending on the position of the sun.

Up the stairs and you reach the pool and the villa. Next to the stairs is the entrance door to the apartment.

Veranda with 4-burner gas barbecue
Relax on the veranda with a large cooling fan. Also nice: illuminate the pool in the evening!
Large terrace on the left side of the house with a charcoal BBQ under the turret. Enjoy lounging in these so-called egg hanging chairs with a beautiful view of the sea! Breakfast is also nice here. There is a large (extendable) dining table with chairs.
