Our spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect home base for your holiday adventures. With only 3 kilometers away from the breathtaking beaches of the Costa Blanca and less than a kilometer away from cozy restaurants, cafes and a supermarket, you will enjoy the best of both worlds: the tranquility of our neighborhood and the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby amenities.
Zenia Boulevard (the large shopping centre) can be reached within about 10 minutes. Let yourself be pampered by our south-west facing terrace, surrounded by lush vegetation.

Relax on the covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and let the Spanish sun melt away your worries while enjoying a good book or a refreshing drink. There are even 2 sun loungers available for the sunbathers among you. Inside our apartment you will find a modern and spacious living room, complete with a comfortable sofa to sink into. You will stay connected with high-speed fiber optic WiFi and can continue to watch your favorite shows through our IPTV system. It's like taking a piece of home with you to this paradisiacal place.

Our fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for preparing tasty meals. The master bedroom welcomes you with a king-size double bed (180 x 220) and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. One of the other bedrooms has two single beds (90 x 200) and leads to a cozy patio where you will also find the tumble dryer. The third bedroom is equipped with a handy desk, ideal for those who want to work remotely or just want to read quietly.

Discover the lush green communal garden, where you can enjoy a large communal swimming pool and even a children's pool (60 cm) for the little ones. You can also relax here, whether for a sunny breakfast or a romantic dinner. For extra relaxation, there is a spa with heated indoor pool (31 degrees), sauna, Turkish bath, full body shower, heated sunbeds, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. If you feel energetic, you can use the gym in our community.
