Welcome to our beautiful penthouse!

The penthouse has 2 rooms, each with their own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with Smart TV and a pleasant dining room. Wifi, air conditioning and underground parking space.

You can enjoy the sun on our fully south-facing terrace, equipped with a garden lounge and dining table. On the roof terrace (solarium) with sea view you will find sun loungers and a garden lounge to completely relax.

The modern Green Hills resort offers 2 outdoor swimming pools (including a 50m sports pool), an indoor pool with wellness and sauna (closed in July-August), a fitness room, children's playground and ping-pong tables.

Ideally located within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. The large open-air shopping center, La Zenia Boulevard, is 2 km away and the beach of La Zenia is 3 km away. There are also several golf courses nearby.

The airports of Alicante and Murcia are approximately 40 minutes away.
Transport to and from the airport on request (supplement).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

25% of the rental amount will be paid within one week after signing the contract.

The remaining 75% + EUR 250 deposit is paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period.

The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after the rental period if the requirements of the contract have been met.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
