The apartment is very fully furnished, the house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room (brand new air conditioning) with balcony and roof terrace, so enjoy the sun all year round!!
Furthermore, the entire apartment has recently been painted inside and out and brand new air conditioners have been installed, so all in all a pleasure of an apartment to enjoy your well-deserved holiday!!

Have your breakfast on the balcony! Enjoy the sun on the roof terrace or take a refreshing dip in 1 of the 2 swimming pools in the park, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and sunbathing areas (incl. Lifeguards in the summer months).

There is also a nice playground for the children and for the enthusiasts, padel court, table tennis, fitness equipment, jeu de boules, and a park to take a walk in.

A big plus is that the supermarket (Mercadonna), restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

In the vicinity of Dream Hills you will find the beautiful beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.

For shoppers, the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca, la Zenia Boulevard, is a 10-minute drive away.

Dream Hills is located in the town of Orihuela Costa and borders the city of Torrevieja, with its pier, beautiful harbor and also beautiful boulevard to enjoy a drink and/or snack, overlooking the sea.

For golf enthusiasts, the beautifully landscaped golf courses of Campoamor (Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas golf) and Villamartin (Villamartin Golf) are a few km away

We bought our holiday home in March 2024 and immediately fell in love with it, from the first moment we walked in it felt good. We ourselves have gone to our house several times to enjoy this wonderful place. We therefore think it is super fun to rent out and let others enjoy this wonderful place, as we do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rent.
