The modern holiday home is on the ground floor and offers a cozy living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the front of the apartment is a terrace with a view over the front garden. Also at the rear is a garden including barbeque and garden furniture.
The living room has a modern leather couch, a lovely lounge chair, a four-person dining table and a flat screen TV. All international channels can be received on this.There is wifi available. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms offer sufficient possibilities to store your clothes. One of the spacious bathrooms has a sink, toilet and shower with bath. The other bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

A stone's throw away is the communal swimming pool with a beautiful garden where you can relax. At about 100 meters is a playground with playground equipment.
At about 200 meters is a large supermarket and also a number of cozy restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Nearby is the shopping center La Zenia Boulevard as well as the Villa Marten golf courses, several beaches and a water park. Enough to do during a pleasant and sunny holiday.
