Casa Amelia is a recently built villa and can accommodate six guests. She is equipped with all modern luxury and comfort. A washer/dryer combination is also available. Air conditioning is provided. Through the living room you have access to the terrace and the swimming pool. On the terrace there is a lounge set, 4 sunbeds and a garden set for 6 people. The terrace is south facing so you can enjoy the sun most of the day. If you prefer the shade, you can use the two terrace awnings and the parasol. Next to the pool you can find the outdoor shower.
There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), air conditioning and spacious fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers. Both bedrooms use the bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the third bedroom with king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a dressing room with fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. All windows in the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. Around the house you can enjoy the landscaped Mediterranean garden.
