Casa Amelia is a recently built villa and can accommodate six guests. She is equipped with all modern luxury and comfort. From the moment you enter the driveway through the automatic entrance gate you can enjoy a breathtaking view of 'Monte Pedreguer'. The villa is spread over two floors. A washer/dryer combination is also available. Air conditioning is provided. Through the living room you have access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The terrace has a lounge set, 4 sunbeds and a garden set for 6 people. The terrace is south-facing so you can enjoy the sun for most of the day. If you prefer the shade, you can use the two terrace awnings and the parasol. Next to the swimming pool you can find the outdoor shower.

There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ (expected April 2024). There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), air conditioning and spacious fitted wardrobes with sufficient clothes hangers. Both bedrooms use the bathroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor is the third bedroom with king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a dressing room with built-in cupboards. This bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. All windows in the bedrooms have mosquito screens and shutters. You can enjoy the landscaped Mediterranean garden around the house.

Hello, we are Linda and Tim and we bought a nice holiday villa in the Spanish village of Pedreguer in 2020. Here we can completely relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the 'Monte Pedreguer' every day on our terrace.
You can reach Denia in 15 minutes by car, where wide beaches, nice restaurants and shops await you. Javea with its pleasant weekly market is also easily accessible.
Hopefully you will enjoy this beautiful region and its friendly people just as much.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
