Beautiful Spanish style villa. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountains and the orange valley with a private swimming pool and several terraces.
The villa consists of a top floor with three bedrooms (air conditioning), one with ensuite bathroom and private terrace. On this floor we also have a shower room, fitted kitchen and a living room with closed naya (view of the hills). The television works via Chrome Cast, an application that you can install on your mobile phone, after which you can play any desired channel on the television via this app. Wifi is available everywhere. At the back you will find a large terrace with private swimming pool and two covered terraces with plenty of shade and dining space for a BBQ.
On the bottom floor we have a studio with sleeping facilities, separate shower room and kitchenette. This studio has its own entrance and terrace, both open and covered. Within walking distance we have the picturesque village of Orba with a number of bars, restaurants and supermarket.
Orba is very centrally located between the airports of Valencia and Alicante (100km). By car you can easily reach the beach of Denia, Javea or Moraira. Our house has beautiful views, making it less suitable for people with mobility problems.
