Chica Del Mar is a modern holiday home ideally located in Benissa Costa, near the pretty fishing village of Moraira, just 250 meters from Cala Advocat on the Mediterranean Sea. The center of Moraira, the nearest village, is barely 8 minutes away, as are most activities, main restaurants and shops.

For golfers there are 4 golf courses of 9 and 18 holes available in the vicinity and for cycling enthusiasts the villa is a perfect starting point and has its own lockable bicycle shed.
The holiday villa itself, located just 250 meters from the nearest beach, Cala Advocat, can be described as modern. The interior has a modern style with local accents and the occasional pop of bold color.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, two other rooms share a bathroom and the fourth room has a shower room. The beds in the bedrooms, 3 x 2 persons and 2 x 1 persons, are equipped with 100% cotton bed linen, cozy bedspreads and pillows. All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets and the bedroom windows have adjustable shutters. Chica Del Mar can accommodate up to 8 people and the minimum age to rent the villa is 27 years old.

At Chica Del Mar you can enjoy the outdoors: More than enough places to enjoy the sun and shade, a hammock, and also comfortable seating here and there on the property. There is a beautiful sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful heated swimming pool. You can use our BBQ on the terrace near the outdoor kitchen. For guests who have trouble separating themselves from the 'real' world, there is TV, stereo and Wi-Fi. A growing library of books, magazines and board games is available.
The Costa Blanca offers a nice microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The coolest months are December, January and February, the hottest months are July and August. The sea water temperature ranges from 15°C to 26°C.
