The 8-person villa is located in urbanization Sabatera, less than 2000 meters from the center of Moraira. That means the center of Moraira is approximately a 20-minute walk away. The recently renovated villa will give you the real holiday feeling and with even a little sea view and a large private swimming pool, the holiday cannot go wrong.

On the same level of the living room are also two very spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double box-spring bed of at least 180 x 200 centimeters.
Both bedrooms are equipped with their own air conditioning unit and have their own modern bathroom including a rain shower.

On the ^1st floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms, each with a 2-person box spring bed of 180 × 200 centimeters and its own air conditioning.
On the other hand, the bedrooms on the ^1st floor share a spacious modern bathroom with rain shower in the hallway. Incidentally, all bedrooms have window screens. Very nice if you sleep with an open window. All bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower, modern sink and toilet.
