The windowseat with a view over the valley and the setting sun is a wonderful place to dream away
The outdoor kitchen is a pleasant place to be; in the shade during the day and at sunset in the evening. The ceiling fan provides a cooling breeze if desired. BBQ, electric grill, refrigerator, spacious dining table with 8 chairs, in short, everything you need within reach.
Relaxing at the edge of the pool with a drink, wonderful.
The saltwater swimming pool of 8x4 meters is gentler on the skin and very refreshing. You don't even need the sea to get that holiday feeling.

You can relax in the shade on the spacious lounge set under the pergola.
You can easily prepare the tastiest snacks on the Weber gas BBQ until late at night. A piece of meat or fish (or veggie burger) is made in no time. Add a sprig of rosemary or lemon from your own garden for the scent and taste, hmmm...
The sun shines 320 days a year in Moraira. The weather in Moraira is labeled by the World Health Organization (WHO) as one of the healthiest in the world. Moraira is blessed with more than 2800 hours of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 19 degrees.
Can you see yourself lying there? Reading a book in the shade of the camouflage cloth at the edge of your own swimming pool...

All for yourself. Relax on an air mattress. Which you can simply inflate with the existing electric pump.
The master bedroom, like the other two bedrooms, has two single box spring beds, mosquito net, electric roller shutter and air conditioning.
Each bedroom has air conditioning, just like the living room and TV room, so you can sleep well in a cool room
The bathroom in the master bedroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
Wonderful rain shower and hand shower.
One of the two bedrooms downstairs has two single box-spring beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom. It also contains the washing machine and dryer.
The windows in the 3 bedrooms all have shutters. This way you keep the heat out and you can make it as dark as you want.

In the winters it is also nice to stay indoors; relax on the couch with a book and a glass of wine

We have also created a nice spot on the terrace behind the house. In summer this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset at the end of the day.
