Detached villa with private pool within walking distance of the center and beaches of Moraira.

This lovely newly renovated house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with a bathroom "en suite" and 1 separate bathroom and is therefore suitable for up to 8 people.
The house is furnished and equipped with all the comforts needed to celebrate a wonderful relaxing holiday in Moraira.
On the veranda with an unobstructed view is a large table for breakfast or dinner, or a BBQ with the Green Egg.
Around the pool there are 8 luxury sunbeds to enjoy the sun, equipped with umbrellas.

Because the house is located on a large piece of land, 3 cars can easily be parked at the house and there is a lot of privacy.

In just a 5-minute walk you are right in the center of Moraira, here you can find several nice restaurants and bars. The large beach with sunbeds and on Fridays you can walk to the market.

We have been coming to Moraira since 2015, and are devoted to this nice village.
Together with our children (now 15 and 17 years old) we have already spent many holidays here, and hopefully will do so for many years to come.

There is something to do for every age in the area.
The children can go to water sports camps, horse riding camp, padel lessons or just play on the large beach or El Portet.
There are also beautiful hiking trails in the area, and plenty of choice of restaurants and bars

Fuentes del Algarve. In the middle of Benidorm and Altea there is a picturesque village of Callosa d'en Sarria. Just at this place you can enjoy the unspoilt nature. Beautiful waterfalls are created here. It is wonderful to swim here.
Lively, long boulevard. Here are all kinds of restaurants, terraces and bars. Behind the boulevard is the shopping street with the shopping center.
The old town of Altea. Known for its typical white lacquered houses. All built around the beautiful church with its famous blue dome. Here it is wonderful to parade. Super nice shops and restaurants. A 5 minute drive from the house.
Altea has about 5 km of beaches from 'Cap Negret' in the North, 'La Roda' and 'Cap Blanc' in the South. The beaches of 'Pueblo Macarat' are located around the marina. Not the overcrowded areas such as Benidorm and Calpe, but beaches with a beautiful view and sandy and pebble beach.
The marina, located 3 km from the center of Altea, offers the cozy setting to walk among the numerous boats. Be sure to visit it around sunset and enjoy the well-kept lounge bars and restaurants. During the day you can also go there for boat and jet ski rental.

Walking and hiking is possible in 'La Sierra Helada', the largest (5,600 ha) and most special natural park on the Costa Blanca. There are unique plants and shrubs, special marine animals and a wide variety of flowering and special marine plants
