Casa Santa Cruz has 3 floors and is built entirely against the rocks.
The 3 bedrooms with private bathroom are located upstairs, at entrance level where the small patio and outdoor kitchen are also located.
On the mezzanine floor you will find the large, open living room with sitting area, kitchen with kitchen island, spacious toilet and especially a cozy, separate TV room with a large smart TV.
Thanks to the fully retractable windows, the living space simply continues to the terraces and swimming pool with plage.
On the terraces there are plenty of sunbeds and lounge seats to fully enjoy the blissful sun and wonderful sea breeze.
On the basement floor you will find the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and all ironing and cleaning supplies.

Casa Santa Cruz is located in the middle of Moraira and Javea. By car you are 15 minutes close to one of the local beach bars or delicious restaurants.

Since the airports of Valencia and Alicante are both about 1 hour away, it is best to compare the prices of flights before booking....
Both cities are worth at least a day trip ....

Thanks to friends from nearby Benissa, we were able to discover and explore the beautiful region of Moreira-Javea to a great extent before finding our ideal spot on earth.
The unique location grabbed us by the throat from the first moment and, after a complete renovation, Casa Santa Cruz is really a little paradise for us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
