 Villa Sonrisa is an attractive detached villa with private pool, spacious sunny terraces and all the comforts for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.


Inside, the property combines its authentic Spanish character with modern comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. 

Outside, everything revolves around Mediterranean life: swimming, sunbathing, eating together on the terrace or just enjoying the peace and quiet.

And fancy the beach, tapas or an evening in Moraira? The cozy center and sandy beach are only 1.2 km from the villa, a fifteen minute easy walking distance.

Villa Sonrisa is more than a holiday home for us.
The villa was built by my parents in 1978 and has since been handed over to the next generation.
We have renovated the house with a lot of love, with respect for the Spanish character and with the comfort that we ourselves find important during our holidays.

We hope you enjoy the outdoors, Moraira and the Costa Blanca here as much as we do. Bienvenidos a Villa Sonrisa (smile) !

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices per day, minimum stay 7 nights.
Arrivals and departures in July and August are only possible on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. (check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 10 am)
Other months this can be deviated from in consultation.
Renting for longer periods in low season (more favorable rate) is negotiable.
Deposit 30% upon reservation. Balance 4 weeks before arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the deposits already paid will remain in favour of the landlord.
Electricity consumption is settled at €0.30 / kWh.
Gas consumption for central heating in winter is settled at market prices.
Deposit is 500€ (to be paid 4 weeks before arrival).
The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure.
Costs due to damage and consumption of electricity or gas will be deducted from the deposit.
