This beautiful sea view villa can be found at the end of a cul-de-sac in El Portet. The 8-person villa has beautiful sea views from various rooms in the house. Even from the Mediterranean garden with kidney-shaped private pool there is a fantastic view. But there is also a sea view from the covered outdoor kitchen with large dining table and lovely lounge sofa. A smart view ensures that you don't miss anything of the surroundings. Via the Paseo Maritimo Portet you walk along the rough coast to the center of Moraira. This route will never get boring. The beautiful views and vistas remain special.
The fully fenced grounds of the villa are closed by a large entrance gate. Once you are on the property you can fully enjoy the privacy. At the end of a cul-de-sac, no one is looking at your property. Through the large wooden doors you can access the inner garden that is connected to the villa itself.
In the villa itself you enter the dining room. This continues into the living room. Both rooms have large windows and overlook the swimming pool below. In line with this is the bay of El Portet and therefore plenty of sea views. One thing is certain, this view will never get boring…
The modern semi-open kitchen is also located on this level, so that everything is well thought out in terms of routing. Several refrigerators and a washing machine and dryer have been installed in the adjacent utility room of the holiday villa. The super fast fiber optic internet connection ensures that there is always an internet connection. The smart television in the living room even makes it possible to watch Netflix. But streaming music to the Samsung sound system is also arranged in no time.
On the level of the living room are 2 spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms have a 2-person Scandinavian box-spring bed of 180 x 200 centimeters. On the ground floor is another very spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom and then on the third floor there is a spacious bedroom with beautiful sea views and also an en-suite bathroom.
