Layout Villa Sol Naciente in Moraira
Inside Villa Sol Naciente you can feel the space and light through the open layout. The living room has a large sliding door that gives direct access to the spacious pool terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the pool. The luxurious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother for the perfect cup of coffee. From the kitchen you can step onto the covered terrace where there is a comfortable dining area. The living room/kitchen is equipped with a Sonos system. There is fiber optic Wifi 5-G. Separate toilet is available. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom with rain shower, 2 sinks, a toilet and direct access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, rain shower, sink and toilet and direct access to the pool terrace. The third room has 2 single beds, rain shower and a sink. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, so you always enjoy a good night's sleep. There are two hair dryers available.
Outside and view at Villa Sol Naciente
Outside, a large terrace with a covered lounge area awaits. In addition, there are six comfortable sunbeds around the private pool. The canopy offers shaded areas for dining or relaxing. The garden of Villa Sol Naciente is beautifully landscaped with green plants, offers a lot of privacy and is beautifully lit by means of automatic lighting. Through an electrically opening gate you reach the villa, where there is space for two cars on site. Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac next to the villa.
And last but not least: from the roof terrace of Villa Sol Naciente you have a breathtaking sea view. It is the ideal place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a drink in hand that make this villa a true paradise.

Details
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.
- Minimum stay 7 nights.

– Arrival from 16.00 hours. Departure before 10.00 am.
Winter rental
Winter rental is not possible in this house. Villa Sol Naciente is rented from June to September.
