Villa Rio Jucar

This beautiful villa for 6 people is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the town of Moraira and the beach.

Entering through the main entrance leads to a large terrace where the barbecue sits next to a large dining table. There is ample space for sunbeds from which to enjoy the sun or rest peacefully in the shade thanks to the retractable awning. On this terrace is the entrance to the village, and via the stairs you reach the swimming pool of 4x8 meters. Here is also a small terrace with sunbeds and a parasol, plus an outdoor shower.

The entrance of the villa leads to the dining room with a table for 6 people and an open kitchen with bar. In the kitchen you will find everything you could possibly need, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Also here is the sitting room with comfortable sofas for resting and a wood burning fireplace for the winter. For the summer there is air conditioning which can also produce heat if you don't want to turn on the fireplace. The DVD contains plasma TV and TDT, there is also a CD player and radio.

From the living room you have access via a corridor to a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds of 90x200 cm, also from this bedroom you have access to the naya. The second bedroom has two beds of 90x190 cm. The master bedroom has a bed of 160x200 cm and has a private bathroom with bath. It has air conditioning, which can also give off heat. In the other two bedrooms there are fans and electric heaters.

The naya can be reached through the living room and one of the bedrooms, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of Moraira and the sea. In addition, there is a table where you can have lunch in the shade.

The whole villa has Wi-Fi.

The house is surrounded by garden, behind the villa, thanks to the pine trees, there is a shaded area all day long where there is also a table with chairs. And in winter thanks to the terrace located above the villa you can enjoy the sun all day, plus beautiful views of Moraira and the sea. The house is completely surrounded by a wall, so you don't have to worry about your children or pets. It also has a large garage where you can park your car without any problems.
