An 80 cm griddle will allow you to prepare your vegetables, meat and fish very quickly for the whole family and friends. Near the kitchen there is a pergola where you can enjoy all your meals in the shade.
The private 9x4.5m swimming pool, with Roman steps and night lighting, is secured by a removable protective barrier, so if you wish, children cannot have access to the pool alone. New cladding in front of the pool: non-slip terracotta terrace, which adds more security. Near the pool you will find an outdoor shower, a ping-pong table, a terrace with a chill-out bed and magnificent views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. Through a small wooden bridge you access a solarium terrace with sun loungers and parasol. The entire garden is dotted with night lighting. All the comfort for outdoor living and dining.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 very functional bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a kitchen and living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd floor consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The fourth full bathroom is located on the pool level. In 2 of the bedrooms you can enjoy the magnificent sea view from your bed!!

- Sheets and towels are included in the price, as well as the final cleaning.
- Extra with extra air conditioning according to consumption. The price includes an electricity consumption of 250 kW per week, the extra kW will be billed at 0.40 euros. (Use the air conditioning only when you need it with the windows closed, reasonable temperature, the supplement is from 0 to 30€ per week).

Ideally located to reach Moraira, Calpe and Benissa in a few minutes, the villa is located in the residential area of Montemar, 5 km from the centre of Benissa and on the border with Moraira. Access from the motorway exit is very easy.
Just 3 km from the villa, you will find the beautiful cove of Baladrar, perfect for snorkelling and swimming. There is also a beach bar where you can enjoy a meal or just a drink overlooking the sea.
The sandy beaches of Moraira are 6 km from the villa, as is the centre of Moraira, where you will find all kinds of shops and a night market. Numerous water sports can be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity. The villa is 3 km from the Ifach Golf Club.
