Villa Senang is located at the bottom of the Montgo (mountain) in Javea on a spacious plot that offers a lot of privacy. The house is south facing so you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. The villa has recently been renovated, equipped with every luxury and comfort and furnished in Ibiza style. The villa has a lovely large swimming pool with outdoor kitchen and outdoor bar. The historic center is a 5-minute drive away and the sandy beach is 10 minutes.
Villa Senang consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and bright, equipped with windows, mosquito nets & shutters. Air conditioning is available in each room and can be operated separately. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with sufficient storage space and the beds are of excellent quality with fine new mattresses.
The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks with large mirrors. The second bathroom has a spacious shower, sink with large mirror and toilet.
The living room has a comfortable lounge sofa, a 55" flat screen TV and is light and spacious. The dining room has a table that can seat 6 people. The back door gives direct access to the beautiful and sunny, partly covered terrace, overlooking the tropical garden and swimming pool.
The fiber optic internet is stable and fast (600Mb) and equipped with extra wifi points so that you have an optimal range throughout the house. The flat screen TV is equipped with several apps including NLZiet, Netflix, Disney and Prime so that you can watch television with your own login codes. The TV is also suitable for Apple and there is a ChromeCast available. Of course, this room is also equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
On the spacious terrace you will find nice seating areas, a dining table with seating for 6 people and a large covered naya for those who prefer to avoid the sun for a while. From the terrace you have a beautiful and wide view of the tropical garden and swimming pool of 8x4 meters. The pool has an outdoor shower, 6 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and an outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar and Weber gas BBQ.
The fully renovated indoor kitchen is equipped with every convenience & comfort. This has a large fridge and freezer, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, juicer, kettle, nice and sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses etc
In the separate storage room in the hallway is all household appliances such as vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, etc. Bath & bed linen, kitchen towels and beach towels are included. There is a washing machine, dryer and a rotary dryer outside.
The plot is 1700m2, completely fenced and has a tropical garden with palm trees, 2 parking spaces and an orchard with oranges, lemons, pomegranates and loquat that you can pick. The villa is on one level, but there are no facilities for disabled people with regard to stairs/steps to the entrances or the swimming pool. From Villa Senang it is a 5-minute drive to the historic center and a 10-minute drive to the sandy beach by the sea with the Arenal Boulevard with many trendy restaurants, shops and cocktail bars. Javea also has 2 golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
