Villa Moraira is a very beautiful and luxurious detached villa with a large private swimming pool.
This holiday home is very nicely furnished with good quality furniture and is perfectly maintained by the Dutch owner. Everything is available in the house, from egg boiler, citrus press, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer to toaster. There is WiFi, air conditioning and Dutch/Flemish television.
Everyone who has rented this house is very positive about this house and most people come back!
There are several terraces in the sheltered garden with lots of privacy. The sun position is very good, so you also have sun around the house until the evening. In the morning you immediately have sun on your terrace and you can enjoy breakfast outside, even in winter. From the pool terrace you have (a small) view of the sea and the center of Moraira. There are a total of 6 luxurious sunbeds on the terraces around the pool. There is a BBQ available (coal).
The house is detached and there is a beautifully landscaped enclosed garden around the house. The whole house is equipped with
air conditioning for the hot summer days. The 3 bedrooms are attractively and tastefully decorated with good beds. Two bedrooms have a double bed (box spring) of 180 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
Both bathrooms have a shower, sink(s) and a toilet. All rooms have air conditioning, tilt-and-turn windows, shutters and mosquito nets.
There is a private garage suitable for 1 car. Parking is also possible in the street in front of the house.
Villa Moraira is located in a beautiful residential area in a quiet, dead-end street.
The center of Moraira is close by. By car it is about 3 minutes away. A supermarket with also Dutch products is about a 1-minute drive away.
