With this trip you choose the freedom of an apartment where you can eat on the terrace with a beautiful view. Following the setting sun with a nice glass is a wonderful end to the day.
Or do you want to eat out, then you can choose from the countless restaurants where you can eat very tasty at favorable prices.

Montecala is a beautiful low-rise residence (only ground floor and 1 floor) with various quality apartments, located in the famous Moraira (Costa Blanca).

The residence is attractive and very child-friendly with many facilities such as a playhouse, swing and slide. In July and August there is a lifesaver at the pool. There is a wide variety of discos and clubs for young people in Javea (15 minutes).

Around the 2 immense communal swimming pools (+/- 350 m2) there are spacious terraces where you can enjoy the surroundings and the views. If you opt for peace and quiet, this is also possible in a quieter swimming pool with fewer children. The local supermarket that offers a very wide range of fresh food is 1 km away (Aldi and Lidl only 5 minutes away). All kinds of water sports are possible at the numerous beaches in the area. Paintball is also possible at 5 km. The evening funfair is 5 km away.

The apartment is nicely, modern and comfortably furnished with a partially covered terrace where you can enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful view of the mountains, a nice drink and a snack, even in the winter months.

We are a family from Belgium who have lost their hearts to this beautiful region.
We really enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace and our daughter can not be removed from the large swimming pool that is 100m. from the apartment.
The countless delicious restaurants can certainly charm us and in the many lounge cocktail bars you can drink the best cocktails.
