This detached villa is within walking distance of Moraira and the sandy beach. The villa is fully equipped. The enormous terrace and swimming pool are in the sun all day, but there is also a covered terrace with an outdoor bar.
This ground floor apartment (with WIFI) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets and a large living room with open kitchen. The entire house has air conditioning. The covered terrace and bar is a wonderful place to stay in both summer and winter.

The pleasant sandy beach of Moraira is within walking distance. The beaches of Benissa and Calpe are 10 minutes away. Parking near the beach is also possible. The supermarkets are also within walking distance and easily accessible by car.
You can fly to both Alicante (1 hour drive) and Valencia (1 hour and 15 minutes drive).

The house can accommodate up to 7 people or 6 people and a child under 2 years old. The living room with open kitchen and dining table has a seating area and TV and of course WIFI. You can eat inside or outside on the terrace or covered bar.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. In bedroom 2, the beds can be put separately or made up as a double bed. Bedroom 3 contains a bunk bed with trundle bed. The other bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet. There is an outdoor shower at the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped. An induction hob, oven, microwave and of course a dishwasher. There is a separate tap with filtered water. Coffee can be made with Dolce Gusto, and there is a kettle for tea. The double-door American refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker and freezer. There is also a citrus press, toaster and a grill plate (for prawns). The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room.
The entire garden is fenced. There is a gas BBQ on the terrace and there is also a permanent BBQ for coal. In addition to the private swimming pool, there is plenty of space for sun beds. There are beach items that can be used (beach balls, shovels, buckets, etc.). There are also various fun games available. You can park in front of the door.
There are also two golf sets that can be used. There are several 18-hole courses and several 9-hole courses nearby. There are always attractive offers for various jobs in the area.
You can play tennis and go diving nearby. An excursion on jet skis to Cap de la Nau in Javea is very nice (highly recommended). You can also rent pedal boats on the beach in Moraira. For the more daring, you can parasail behind a boat.
Both Moraira and Benissa are nice authentic Spanish villages. Cycling in Valencia is really fun for a day trip. The towns of Javea and Altea and Gata (nice shops that sell reed products) are worth a visit. A walk to the top of the Ifach rock is also very nice. There are several walking routes nearby, one of which runs along the coast from Calpe to Moraira.
In June there are several parties in the area that are worth visiting. The festival of the Moros Y Christianos (Moors and Christians) is also celebrated. There are also many festivities and a big parade. Moraira has a pleasant night market in the evening during the high season. And a fair for the little ones.
The cleaning costs are €150 per rental period. Bed linen is €15 per person, including towels, bed linen and tea towels. In addition, you can use the bath towels, provided they are washed before departure. We also charge €150 per week for energy costs and water.
In the winter months the house is located in the warm air flow from Morocco. This means that this area has wonderful temperatures in winter. This area is known as the healthiest living environment in Europe.
In winter, rental is per 4 weeks (4 weeks € 1850, -). These are the months of November, December 2020 (with the exception of Christmas), January, February and March. If following March, April is 4 weeks = 3 weeks.
