This detached villa is within walking distance of Moraira and the sandy beach. The villa is fully equipped. The huge terrace and swimming pool is in the sun all day, but there is also a covered terrace with outdoor bar.
This ground floor apartment (with WIFI) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets and a large living room with open kitchen. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. The covered terrace and bar is a wonderful place to stay in both summer and winter.
The cozy sandy beach of Moraira is within walking distance. The beaches of Benissa and Calpe are 10 minutes away. Parking near the beach is also available. The supermarkets are also within walking distance and also easily accessible by car.
You can fly to both Alicante (1 hour drive) and Valencia (1 hour and 15 min drive).

The house can accommodate 6 people. In the living room with open kitchen and dining table has a sitting area and TV and of course WIFI. You can eat inside as well as outside on the terrace or covered bar.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 the beds can be put separately or made up as a double bed. Bedroom 3 contains a bunk bed with trundle. The other bathroom has a bath, a sink and a toilet. There is an outdoor shower by the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped. An induction hob, oven, microwave and of course a dishwasher. There is a separate tap with filtered water. Coffee can be made with Dolce Gusto, for tea there is a kettle. The double-door American fridge is equipped with an ice maker and freezer. There is also a juicer, toaster and a grill plate (for prawns). The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room.
The entire garden is fenced. On the terrace there is a fixed BBQ for coal. In addition to the private pool, there is enough space for the sun beds. There are beach equipment that can be used (beach ball, shovel, buckets, etc.). There are also various fun games available. You can park in front of the door.
There is also a golf set that can be used. Nearby are several 18-hole courses and some 9-hole courses. There are always attractive offers for various jobs in the area.
Nearby you can play tennis and dive. Very nice is an excursion on jet skis to Cap de la Nau in Javea (highly recommended). You can also rent pedal boats on the beach in Moraira. For the daredevil, you can parasail behind a boat.
Both Moraira and Benissa are nice authentic Spanish villages. For a day trip, cycling in Valencia is really fun. The towns of Javea and Altea and Gata (nice shops that sell reed products) are worth a visit. A hike to the top of the Ifach rock is also very nice. There are several hiking trails in the area, one of which is along the coast from Calpe to Moraira.
In June there are several fiestas nearby that are worth visiting. The feast of the Moros Y Christianos (Moors and Christians) is also celebrated. In addition, there are many festivities and a large parade. In Moraira there is a lively night market in the evening in the high season. And a fair for the little ones.
The cleaning costs are €175 per rental period. Bed linen is €18 p.p. dat includes towels, bed linen and tea towels. In addition, we charge €150 per week for energy costs and water. The house is located in the warm air flow from Morocco in the winter months. As a result, this area has wonderful temperatures in winter. This area is known as the healthiest living environment in Europe.
In the winter you can rent out per 4 weeks (4 weeks €2000 excluding energy costs). These are the months of November, December, January, February and March.
