Villa Joya Moraira

Villa Joya is a bohemian holiday villa especially suitable for families with (small) children. Our villa is located in the beautiful La Sabatera district, just 5 minutes from the (sandy) beach and center of Moraira. This can be seen from the naya of the villa. The villa is also located in a quiet, dead-end street, which ensures a lot of privacy and tranquility. The villa was largely renovated in the spring of 2023 and 2024, and has a relaxed bohemian atmosphere. The villa is very child-friendly. For example, the swimming pool terrace can be closed off, there is a play area at the rear of the house, including a trampoline, and there are sufficient facilities for care and fun (such as a play kitchen, toys, furniture, beds).

Interior

The house has beautiful authentic features such as the floor and fireplace, and has been modernized with beautiful window frames, a completely new kitchen, three new bathrooms and a lovely outdoor living room on the naya (outside terrace). Almost all window frames have also been renewed, with shutters for darkening (bedrooms) and mosquito nets integrated. All three bedrooms have a 180cm double bed and air conditioning. The latter is also in the living room on the top floor. The villa is luxuriously equipped and includes an induction hob, combination oven, dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, two coffee makers, kettle, blender, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, towels, children's furniture, bedding, and pool towels.

Upper floor

Thanks to the smart layout, it is possible to stay with a maximum of six adults and two small children. An extra bedroom can be optionally booked so that the house is available for 8 adults (only on request, additional charge). On the top floor there is the open kitchen with dining table, spacious living room, covered naya, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet and hairdryer). There is also a second spacious bedroom with a double bed, desk and a separate bathroom.

All bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe. Via the top floor there is an internal connection to the guesthouse, and access to a lovely terrace at the rear of the house, where the children's playground is also located and where you can go to the swimming pool.

Ground floor

The lower floor consists of a separate bathroom and spacious double bedroom with a king size double bed. There is also a washing and drying room here. At the front of the guesthouse is a lovely terrace, and there is also the entrance to the swimming pool and associated terrace.

Terraces

At the rear of the villa there is a lovely raised terrace, adjacent to the kitchen. Behind it is a terrace that is furnished as a children's playground, including a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox. At the side of the villa is the swimming pool, with a spacious terrace and separate raised terrace for six sun beds, an outdoor shower and five parasols.

On both sides of the pool terrace there is the option to close it off for children by means of a flexible gate, so that children can enter the other areas. Naturally, we recommend that you keep an eye on (small) children at all times and that they wear a life jacket. The front of the villa, at the entrance of the house and the guesthouse, also has a lovely terrace with dining table, barbecue and lounge chairs. In addition, there is a driveway, carport and possibility to store garbage.
