Villa Joya Moraira

Villa Joya is a bohemian holiday villa especially suitable for families with (small) children. Our villa is located in the beautiful area of La Sabatera, just 5 minutes away from the (sandy) beach and center of Moraira. It can be seen from the naya of the villa. The villa is also located in a quiet, cul-de-sac which provides a lot of privacy and tranquility.  The villa was largely renovated in the spring of 2023 and 2024, and has a laid-back bohemian atmosphere. The villa is very child-friendly. For example, the terrace can be closed off from the swimming pool, there is a play area at the rear of the house, including a slide house and trampoline, and there are plenty of facilities for care and fun (think of play kitchen, toys, furniture, beds).  

Interior

The house has beautiful authentic features such as the floor and fireplace, and has been modernized with beautiful window frames, a completely new kitchen, three new bathrooms and a lovely outdoor living on the naya (outside terrace). Almost all window frames have also been renewed, integrating both shutters for darkening (bedrooms) and nets against mosquitoes. All three bedrooms have a 180cm double bed and air conditioning. The latter is also in the living room on the top floor.  The villa is luxuriously equipped and includes an induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, spacious fridge-freezer, coffee maker (cups), kettle, blender, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, towels, children's furniture, bed linen, and pool towels.  

Upper floor  

Thanks to the smart layout, it is possible to stay with a maximum of six adults and 3 (small) children. Optionally, an extra bedroom can be booked so that the house is available for 8 adults (only on request, extra charge). On the top floor is the open kitchen with dining table, spacious living room, the covered naya, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, (washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet and hair dryer). Next to it is a second spacious bedroom with double bed, desk and a separate bathroom.

All bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe. Through the top floor there is an internal connection to the guest house, and access to a lovely terrace at the rear of the house, where the children's playground is also located and where you can go to the swimming pool. 

Ground floor  

The lower floor consists of a separate bathroom and spacious double bedroom with a king-size double bed. There is also a washing and drying room here. At the front of the guest house is a lovely terrace, and there is also the entrance to the swimming pool and accompanying terrace.

Terraces

At the rear of the villa is a lovely raised terrace, adjacent to the kitchen. Behind it is a terrace that is set up as a children's playground, including a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox. To the side of the villa is the swimming pool, with a spacious terrace and separate raised terrace for six sun beds, an outdoor shower and five parasols.

On both sides of the pool terrace there is the possibility to close it off for children by means of a flexible gate, so that children can enter the other areas. Of course, we advise you to keep an eye on (small) children at all times and to provide them with a life jacket.  The front of the villa, at the entrance of the house and the guest house also has a lovely terrace with dining table, barbecue and lounge chairs. Next to it is the driveway, carport and possibility to store garbage.
