Casa Lucero

This completely renovated and refurbished holiday home is located in a small and cozy urbanization near Rojales. The entrance on the first floor gives you access to the spacious living room (more than 50m2), which is furnished with a large lounge sofa with seating for 6 people, a large dining table and 6 chairs and a smart TV with which you can watch your favorite Dutch and English watch television programs.

For your convenience, air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and the living room. Of course, the house also has wireless internet. The modern kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances: dishwasher, oven/stove, washing machine, as well as a large fridge with separate freezer compartment. A drinking water system has been installed, so there is absolutely no need to carry all those heavy water bottles home!

The first floor also contains a separate toilet. In the downstairs area there are three large bedrooms, each with two large beds (European standard) and air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms with thermostatic taps, one of which is adjacent to the master bedroom.
The roof has a large sun terrace with spectacular panoramic views that include the Mediterranean Sea.

The garden is divided into three terraces and has a large pergola, dining table and sun beds. The entire garden is surrounded by a 1 meter high wall, which creates a perfectly safe play area for young children.
Just outside the property is a huge communal swimming pool with showers and a separate shallow area for children.

This beautiful holiday home can be found in the urbanization of Pueblo Lucero, a very neat and spacious urbanization located near the beautiful golf course "La Marquesa". It is just a 5-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Guardamar de Segura. The house is close to a supermarket, several restaurants (with a wide range of cuisines), bowling and mini golf. The center of Rojales, where you can find larger supermarkets, a variety of shops and many more restaurants and bars, is just two minutes away by car.

Other towns in the immediate vicinity are: Guardamar del Segura (5 minutes by car); Torrevieja (15 minutes by car); Santa Pola (15 minutes by car); kitesurfing including lessons and San Fulgencio (10 minutes by car). Local attractions in Rojales include: "Cuevas del Rodeo", impressive cave houses that were built in the 18th century; "Casa de Las Conchas", this house is built with patterns of shells, tiles and mirrors; and every Thursday there is the local market with a wealth of fresh produce and local craftsmanship.

Other attractions in the area include the saltwater lakes and museum (Santa Pola), the spectacular water park "Aquapolis" (Torrevieja) and the natural park of the lagoons of Torrevieja and La Mata. A beautiful shopping center, Zenia, in Orhihuela Costa is just 15 minutes drive from Rojales.Essential services such as well-equipped private hospitals, dentists, specialists and general practitioners (all different nationalities and/or speaking multiple languages) can all be found in the immediate vicinity of Rojales.
