Hi!

We are a Dutch family who bought our dream house in Moraira at the end of 2021. We have two young girls and another boy on the way, so making the house kid-proof is also important for us. We fell in love with this house because of the great view and the ideal location close to the center and beach.

We renovated the house on a large scale in 2022, and are happy to rent it out to families and groups who treat it just as carefully and respectfully. A second part of the renovation is planned for the autumn of 2022.

A nice villa! Everything is there for small children. Nice and close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and Moraira center. Nice villages nearby. We had a wonderful holiday here with 5 adults and a toddler.
