On the Costa Blanca, 18 km from the beaches of Denia, in the El Capso urbanization you will find our beautiful villa with private swimming pool. The villa was renovated in 2023. All terraces around the house have also been renovated. The villa is suitable for 6 people. Also ideal for large families.

The villa is quietly located on a mountain with a beautiful view over the valley of Orba. The villa has 2 floors. When renting, the top floor remains closed.

The villa has:
- WiFi throughout the house and at the pool
- Cozy living room with large dining table, sofa, 2 armchairs and TV with Chromecast
- Spacious kitchen with all amenities (gas hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed
- 1 large master bedroom with a 180x200 bed
- BBQ area (coal) (In July and August it is prohibited to use this BBQ in Spain due to forest fires)
- Private swimming pool (8x5m)

All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning. There is 1 camping bed available.

The villa has several terraces where you can enjoy the sun or the shade.

Casa Cozy is an ideal base for a day trip to, for example, Benidorm, Javea, Altea Gandia, etc. You can reach the mentioned places within half an hour. But there is also plenty to do closer. The largest shopping mall on the Costa Blanca in Ondara is a 10-minute drive away. The cozy Denia is a 20-minute drive away.

Important: If you have difficulty walking, our house is not recommended. To get to the house you first have to go down a flight of stairs!

We are Nicoline and Wouter. We started our adventure on the Costa Blanca in the spring of 2022. We immediately fell in love with the beautiful village of Orba and our house.
The peace and quiet and the beautiful view in combination with the hustle and bustle that you can find within a 15-minute drive was perfect for us. We have completely renovated and modernized the house. We hope that future tenants will take good care of our house and more importantly that you will have a great time!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
