A lovely villa in a quiet neighborhood a short 20-minute walk from the center of Moraira. A beautiful large garden, private pool and several terraces complete the picture!
We (Anja and Coen) became the owners of this house in January 2023. A beautiful spot in Moraira.
Villa Helios is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential area of Pinar del Advocat. Only a 20-minute walk (6 minutes by bike) to the lively center of Moraira.
The villa has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The swimming pool is at the same level as the upstairs apartment and is nice and large (8.5x4.5).
In the upstairs apartment you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with built-in wood fireplace, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.
Adjacent to the upstairs apartment you will find the upper terrace and the swimming pool. Here is the naya (covered terrace) with a large table that is ideal for breakfast, extensive lunch or dinner. The naya is also equipped with television (great in sultry evenings outside watching your favorite program or series!)
In front of the house you will find a spacious driveway with space for several cars and a carport.
Because of the separate ground floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette and living room, this villa is ideal for 2 families or a family with older children. 1 of the bedrooms downstairs is so large that a third (baby) bed can easily be added.
Of course, the villa is fully equipped for a wonderful outdoor life. The BBQ is located on a cozy and large terrace in the beautiful garden. There is also a large table with plenty of room for up to 10 people!!
The garden is large enough to walk through and read a book on the marble bench or under the cozy thatched umbrella.

Due to the adapted and strict Spanish legislation on tourist rentals (decree 9/2024), we have had to decide to set a minimum rental of 11 days through Micazu.
