Villa Helios – Enjoy Moraira
Villa Helios is located in a quiet, cul-de-sac in the sought-after residential area of Pinar del Advocat; about a 20-minute walk (6 minutes by bike) from the lively center of Moraira.
We, Anja and Coen, have been the proud owners of this beautiful villa on the Costa Blanca since January 2023.
The villa has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, divided between the main house and a separate ground floor. This makes Villa Helios ideal for two families together, or a family with (older) children.
Main house
Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Adjacent to the main house is the terrace with the swimming pool (8.5 x 4.5 m), at the same height as the house. The naya (the covered terrace) offers a large table for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and is equipped with a TV: great for watching your favorite series outside on a balmy evening.
Lower floor
This separate floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette with microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, sink and fridge with freezer. One of the bedrooms is so spacious that a baby bed can easily be added.
Outdoor living
The garden (900 m² plot) invites you to stroll, read on the marble bench or dream away under the thatched parasol. On the large terrace, covered by an attractive chestnut pergola, there is a dining table for up to 10 people and a lounge area; perfect for a BBQ evening with family or friends. In front of the house is a spacious driveway with space for several cars and a carport.

Rental conditions
Due to the tightened Spanish legislation on tourist rentals (Decree 9/2024), we use a minimum rental period of 11 days through Micazu. In practice, usually at least 2 weeks.
