Welcome to Villa Strelitzia, 4 bedrooms with a private pool and plenty of space for 8 people. The beautiful sunny coast of Javea and one of the best beaches in Spain, just a short drive from the villa. Bring the whole family to enjoy this great place with plenty of room for fun. The villa is located in a quiet urbanization.

The open plan living/dining room is a welcome retreat after a day at the beach, with a cozy interior and plenty of furniture so everyone can relax in comfort. You'll find many places to take an afternoon nap, play a card game, or gather for snacks and a cool drink. The living room is fully stocked with a sofa, chair and the kitchen is an absolute delight. Whip up delicious tropical drinks, prepare casual dinners or create a huge range of snacks that the entire crowd will enjoy.

Enjoy the Spanish evenings and then retreat to the master suite with a king-size bed, air-conditioned wardrobe and bathroom in the hallway. Here you will find a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The upper floor offers three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of natural light through the large windows. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and have wardrobes and air conditioning. In the hallway, these bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Enjoy the sun at the private pool, unwind in the garden with a good book and relax all day long. When you're ready to explore, eat, drink and play... Then the golf course is just 5 minutes away and the vibrant city life and beaches of Javea just 10 minutes away!
