Casa Quesada

Casa Quesada is our home from home in Spain. It's a luxury villa in the lovely town of Ciudad Quesada, Alicante. It comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. The open plan lounge/dining area opens onto a terrace with beautiful views towards the lagoons and the countryside. The terrace has a dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need to keep the family happy.

The terrace also leads onto the downstairs large patio and barbecue area with a lounge area and a dining area. It has a large gas BBQ and orange and lemon trees. The large communal swimming pool is less than 50 meters away.

The house has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the very light and aery basement. The 1st floor comprises of 2 double bedrooms (one with a balcony) and a full bathroom. The 2nd floor has a double bedroom and a full bathroom. The solerium is also located on this floor and beautiful views all the way to the sea.

There's AC throughout. Cable TV and fast internet WiFi. Hot water and plenty of free parking outside. There are shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance and the nearest beach is only 10 minutes drive away. The swimming complex Aquapark II is also nearby.
