The villa was renovated in early January 2023 and has a new bathroom and box spring beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners.
Villa Mi Reposo consists of 2 independent floors of which we rent out the lower floor.
The villa has a beautiful cozy garden where you can enjoy.
Private swimming pool with sun loungers and parking space for 1 car.
Through the covered terrace you enter the living room with open kitchen which is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 with fitted wardrobes.
The villa also has WiFi and TV with Dutch channels.
Central heating for cooler evenings.
The villa is centrally located. About 1 hour drive from Alicante or Valencia airport.
Supermarket can be found at 500 meters. Center and beach at 3 km.
Moraira is a cozy Spanish fishing village with many restaurants.
Large cities such as Benidorm, Calpe Denia are a 30-minute drive away.
Several golf courses in the area eg in Javea.
Ideal environment for cycling or taking beautiful walks along the coast or inland.
